Ryan Berkeley’s release on the Australian label Houses in Motion just appeared on my radar this week and boy is it just what the doctor ordered. Beautiful tunes full of twinkles and atmospheric pace with the B side completing the package offering a couple dance floor friendly cuts. Check that out here. While you’re there give this deep and tuff one a listen too. Looks like we can expect another killer EP from Joe Cleen on Sloth Boogie Editz imprint coming soon as well. His first EP with SB was not too long ago in October full of just some all around fun and I’m forever a fan of his work on the Jazz Cabbage label too so this is sure to deliver. Catch y’all next week!

Legion 808 creeped into my shopping cart this week, with a collection of irresistible oddness. Check out the ‘Tombouctou Crisis EP’ and have sweet dreams! Ninetoes have put out another banger just in time for sunny dancefloors, ‘Miracle’ will, I’m sure, be another widespread tune for the producer. I picked up a copy of Justin VanDerVolgen’s heavy remix (edit) of ‘Unidisco’ by Alexander Robotnick - as ever, it’s so much fun!

Unreleased 90s goodness had me jumpin at the beginning of the week, in the form of an EP from DJ Nature that sits comfortably in that period when samplers were becoming more and more common, and people started throwing loops from everywhere over their drum machines, leading to the emergence of everything from jungle to disco house. Regardless, step with pep to bandcamp for that one. Speakin' of a good funkin', Bosq released Backstrokin' this past Friday, containing two top notch Fat Back covers with a heavy hint of Afro-Latin influences in there, check out that one also on bandcamp. I'll close out with a flip from the man Kush Jones, who must've been feeling the holiday spirit this past weekend, as he decided to reup this nasty ass tool, that tempo change will be fun to mess with in mixes, anyways, till next week y'all!
